Job Description

An exciting opportunity exists with NurseSA for Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and AIN’s to join our team as part of Community Nursing services.

You will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive care to patients with a broad range of health needs. The role will work within a multidisciplinary environment where collaboration and patient centered care are at the forefront of everything we do.

Positions will be in the Adelaide metropolitan area and surrounds.

Be rewarded working autonomously supporting consumer choice and dignity, while providing professional clinical services to people in their own rooms.

In this role your responsibilities will include:

• Medication Management – oral S/C & I/V
• Pain Management
• Wound Care – simple and complex
• Continence care including Catheter Care
• Support care plans and nursing interventions for customers
• Holistic care and wellbeing of customers in their home
• Accurate and timely Clinical documentation and handover essential
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including family members, Support Workers and allied health professionals to support customers
• Assessments and Admissions

About You

• AHPRA
• Batchelor of Nursing / Transcript
• Minimum 1 year experience in an acute setting
• Current First Aid / CPR
• Practical Manual Handling
• National Police clearance
• 3x Covid Vaccinations
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work autonomously – This is a MUST!!
• Flexibility – this will be 24/7 Operation, shifts will be AM, PM & Night shifts
