Key Requirements:
✔ Certificate III in Personal Care, Aged Care, Community, or Individual Support (mandatory).
✔ Experience – A minimum of six months paid experience in residential aged care.
✔ Communication Skills – Strong verbal and written communication skills.
✔ Empathy & Compassion – A genuine passion for supporting the elderly.
